Residential Facility Administrator (RFA)

BHSI has an agreement with the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Licensing and Regulatory Services (DHHS-DLRS) to provide curriculum development and training for people who are licensed or seeking licensure for Residential Care Administration in the State of Maine. BHSI oversees all aspects of the RFA training program which include the following: Develop, revise, and present curricula for the five core modules and two rotating electives.

BHSI will deliver a series of trainings to people who are or would like to be licensed by the Nursing Home Administrator’s Licensing Board (NHALB) as Administrators of Residential facilities. Completion of this program is a required piece of the NHALB application process.
